15CV - 15000 Psi Single Ferrule Compression Check Valves
Hikelok O-Ring check valves with single-ferrule compression sleeve connection type. Provide unidirectional flow and tight shut-off for liquids and gases with high reliability. When differential drops below cracking pressure, valve shuts off. Hikelok Ball check valves prevent reverse flow where leak-tight shut-off is not mandatory. When differential drops below cracking pressure, valve closes.With all-metal components, valve can be used up to 650°F(343°C).

* Viton (FKM) O-ring: 0° to 400°F (-18° to 204°C)
* Buna-N O-ring: 0° to 250°F (-18° to 121°C))
* FFKM O-ring: 30° to 500°F (-18° to 260°C)
* PTFE O-ring: -100° to 400°F (-73° to 204°C)
* PTFE O-ring with Low Temp Spring: to -100°F (-73°C)
* Ball and poppet are an integral design to assure positive,in-line seating. Poppet is designed essentially for axial flow with minimum pressure drop

* Cracking Pressure: 20 psi (1.38 bar) ±30%. Springs for higher cracking pressures up to 100 psi available on special order for O-ring style check valves only

20CV - 20000 Psi Medium Pressure O-ring Check Valves
Hikelok Medium Pressure Check Valves, nicknamed are designed for use with 20 Series valves and Hikelok Medium Pressure tubing. They incorporate conedand-threaded connections with the orifice sized to match the high-flow 15,000 psi tubing options shown later in this brochure. For instructions on how to make this Medium Pressure Cone & Thread connection and the tools necessary to accomplish.

60CV - 60000 Psi Medium Pressure O-ring Check Valves
Hikelok High Pressure Check valves provides unidirectional flow and tight shut-off for liquids and gas with high reliability. When differential drops below cracking pressure, valve shuts off.

* Materials: 316 Stainless Steel: body, cover, poppet, cover gland. 300 Series Stainless Steel: spring. Standard O-ring:Viton, for operation to 500° F (260°C). Buna-N or Teflon available for 250°F (121°C) or 400°F (204°C) respectively; specify when ordering
* Cracking Pressure: 20 psi (1.38 bar) ±30%. Springs for higher cracking pressures (up to 100 psi (6.89 bar) available on special order for O-ring style check valves only
* Maximum working pressure up to 60,000 psi (4137 bar)
* Minimum operating temperature for standard o-ring check valves 0°F (17.8°C)
Features Advantages:
* Prevents reverse flow where leak-tight shut-off is not mandatory. When differential drops below cracking pressure,valve closes. With all-metal components, valve can be used up to 1200°F (649°C)
