Hikelok 316ss Ultra High Pressure 15K Psig Needle Valves- 15NV Series
Hikelok valves are complemented by a complete line of low pressure fittings, tubing, check valves and line filters. The 15NV use Autoclave's SpeedBite connection type. This single-ferrule compression sleeve connection delivers fast, easy make-up and reliable bubble-tight performance in liquid or gas service.
Features:
* Maximum working pressure up to 15,000 psig (1034 bar)
* Working temperature from -325 to 1200 (-198 to 649 )
* Graphite packing working Temperatures up to 1200ºF (649ºC)
* Non-rotating stem and bar stock body design
* Tubing sizes available for 1/8",1/4",3/8",1/2"
* Cold-worked type 316 stainless steel body and aluminum bronze packing gland
* 316 stainless steel body material

Hikelok 316ss Ultra High Pressure 20K Psig Needle Valves- 20NV Series
Hikelok 20NV series are complemented by a complete line of fittings, tubing, check valves and line filters. The 20NV Series uses Autoclave's type Medium pressure connection. The coned-and-threaded connection features orifice sizes to match the high flow characteristics of this series.

* Maximum working pressure up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
* Working temperature from -325 to 1200 (-198 to 649 )
* Largest-port valves available for medium pressure applications
* Tubing sizes available for 1/4", 3/8", 9/16", 3/4", 1"
* Rising stem/barstock body design
* Non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling
* New one piece stem design permits ease of assembly and packing replacement
* PTFE (Teflon) encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing

Hikelok 60NV series are complemented by a complete line of fittings, tubing, check valves and line filters. The 60NV Series uses Autoclave's type high pressure connection. The coned-and-threaded connection features orifice sizes to match the high flow characteristics of this series.

* Tubing sizes available for 1/4", 3/8", 9/16"
* Non-rotating stem and rising stem design
* Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shutoff, longer stem/seat service life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles
